All of them! From dogs and cats to ferrets and horses. You can see examples on our Instagram.
Do you do family portraits?
Yes, we have a "Family Portraits" option, perfect for including both humans and furry friends. Just add the photos to your order and you're done.
Can names be added?
Yes, but it's optional. If you don't want it, write "No name."
How many pets can I include?

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
The digital version arrives in 2-3 business days. If you ordered a physical version, please allow 5-7 more days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, with an additional cost depending on the destination. Orders over €50 have free shipping.

Returns and Cancellations

Do you accept returns?
No, the portraits are personalized. But we offer free revisions to ensure your satisfaction.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your photos haven't been accepted yet. Email us at colorpata.com@gmail.com.
What do I do if I don't like the portrait?
If you don't like the portrait, don't worry. We offer a free revision to adjust it to your expectations. Once you receive the digital version, you'll have 24 hours to request any necessary changes. Email us at colorpata.com@gmail.com explaining any adjustments you need, and we'll make sure you're completely satisfied with the result. We want the portrait to be perfect for you.
What do I do if my package doesn't arrive?
